Claims Handling

PVM run a full claims handling service for our clients and referrers.

We pride ourselves on our professional and experienced staff that ensure that communication is regular and clear. We understand that for most clients this is a rare if not unique experience and need guidance and to be made feel confident that their best interests are being protected.

PVM have a bespoke computer system that has been developed over many years to help every aspect of the claims handling process. We have a directory for all UK Insurers and foreign handling agents, as well as access to the RAC and Motor Insurance Database.

Along with its partners, PVM can ensure document completion and collection, interviews, statement taking, dispute resolution, negotiating with engineers, engineers inspections, vehicle repairs, total loss settlement and any other technical aspects to a claim.

One of PVM’s many strengths is its record of settling complex claims without the need for litigation. As an “Association of British Insurers” (ABI) company   we have strong communication and protocols in place with many leading insurers, as well as relationships and trust that has been built up over many years in the industry.

However, should litigation be required then PVM works with a few high quality Legal Partners to ensure that their claims are followed through to a successful conclusion. PVM will be with you all the way!
